Officers were dispatched to Lulac Apartments for a Hispanic male possibly casing the complex.  Officers arrived to find Michael Anthony Ybanez (04/18/86) still in the parking lot.  Ybanez matched the suspect description provided by the caller.

Investigation revealed Ybanez was wanted on several outstanding warrants and arrested.

Ybanez was charged with an outstanding San Patricio County warrant for Driving While Intoxicated~3rd Offense and a Corpus Christi Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $410.
