Child Misbehaves and The Mother Gets Struck By A Car

A 48-year-old woman told police she was intentionally struck by a vehicle driven by a 31-year-old woman Monday after a confrontation about their children’s misbehavior in school.

The 48-year-old mother said her child got in trouble at school and the mother went to confront the 31-year-old woman about the matter. The 48-year-old mother did not provide police with details about the event but said she was struck by a gray or blue sedan that was driven by the person she confronted. The 31-year-old woman in the car left the area before police arrived.

An ambulance provided emergency medical treatment to the 48-year-old woman and considered the injuries to be minor and did not require transport to the hospital.

A witness provided police with more details. The 31-year-old woman was not yet contacted by police and the investigation continues. The woman struck by the car said she will not confront others again without police presence.
