Occurred on 5/18/12, 5:56 am  Intoxicated Assault with a Vehicle   12800 Leopard Street 1205180033 

An early morning accident sent two males to a local hospital and a drunk driver to the City Detention Center.  Greg Pina (01/16/80) was arrested and charged with Intoxicated Assault with a Vehicle after the SUV he was driving struck a black Honda Civic.  A passenger in Pina’s white Ford Explorer was taken to Spohn Memorial with severe head trauma.  

The driver of the Honda Civic was also taken to Spohn Memorial with minor injuries.  He was treated and released.
