A 20-year-old man was arrested for a felony theft warrant after providing police with information about a recent burglary.

A 42-year-old woman requested Corpus Christi Police to investigate a burglary to her home. The 42-year-old woman said the house was entered by some unknown person without her permission and several items such as jewelry and a game system were missing.

The 20-year-old boyfriend to the 42-year-old woman’s daughter was at the house and interrupted the investigation several times in an effort to provide information about the crime. The 42-year-old woman’s daughter was not at the scene during the investigation. The investigating officers discovered the 20-year-old man had an outstanding felony theft warrant.

The investigating patrol officers then arrested 20-year-old Darrell Dow Jr. (5/29/1991) for the warrant and delivered Dow to the city detention center.
