Officers looking for wanted subject Andre Samuel (09/25/72) found him at his place of employment.  Senior Officer B. Rodriguez arrested and booked Samuel at the City Detention Center.

Samuel was charged with the outstanding Indecent Exposure warrant along with the Motion to Revoke for Sexual Assault.
