Officers responding to an assault found the 25-year-old victim bleeding from his mouth and swelling on one side of his face.  The victim reported that his friends invited him to a party at the Rafters Apartment Complex where they attacked him.  The victim was punched in the face and stomped on his head numerous times by his three friends.  They then robbed the victim, taking his gold chain and cell phone. All three suspects left in a white Dodge Charger.

Officers searched for the Charger and tracked it to River Square Apartments.  All three suspects were detained and positively identified by the victim.  Ricardo Perez (04/30/94), Jose Jesus Serna (06/01/92), and Steven Polk (03/18/92) were all arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery.  Neither the necklace (valued at $3,000), nor the $150 cell phone were recovered.
