Police received a call for service for a shirtless man wearing black gloves acting strangely as he tried to wave passersby down.  A check for warrants revealed Ruben Mendiola (01/28/61) had an outstanding warrant.

Mendiola was arrested and charged with a Motion to Revoke Probation warrant out of Montgomery County for Murder.
