A 17-year-old man was taken to the hospital Sunday morning after he was cut several times by a knife near the 3100 block of Sunnybrook Road.
The 17-year-old told Corpus Christi Police that he walked on Sunnybrook and was approached by a black and white car. The 17-year-old said 4 or 5 men exited the car and asked how much the 17-year-old paid for his shoes. The 17-year-old said he does not remember anything else but walked to his home and called for treatment for injuries. The 17-year-old man had cuts from a knife on his arm, neck and face.
The 17-year-old was taken by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Corpus Christi Police were provided limited information about this crime.
