Two men were arrested Monday morning after a robbery at a local restaurant located at the intersection of Airline and Saratoga.
A 25-year-old woman begun her shift with food prep and was approached in the kitchen by a man who displayed a handgun. The man with the gun wore a black ski mask, a black shirt, and black pants. The 25-year-old woman got to the floor in the storage area corner. The woman called police while she waited on the floor for the man to leave.
Corpus Christi Police patrol officers arrived and the 25-year-old woman went outside the restaurant and told the officers she was not harmed. The 25-year-old woman said she recognized the voice of the man with the gun and that she heard another man in the restaurant during the robbery.
The restaurant manager arrived and played the recorded images of the event on the closed circuit television system. Police officers observed the event and the description of the two suspects.
Police Officers went to the recorded address of the suspect and found the two men along with evidence of the crime. Corpus Christi Police then arrested 22-year-old Jarvis Davis (9/14/1989) and 23-year-old Boderick Holcombe (9/3/1988) for aggravated robbery.
There were no injuries in the event and all suspects were captured. Davis and Holcombe are charged with aggravated robbery, a 1st degree felony punishable by up to 99 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
