Officers were dispatched to a call of illegal dumping into a storm sewer. Officers noticed a white dried substance in the storm drain. The same substance was noticed in a nearby drive way. Several subject who were subcontracted to work on a residential swimming pool were contacted and admitted that left over mortar was dumped into the drain. One subject was issued a citation. The city will make arrangements for the clean-up.
