Occurred on 6/21/12, 1:55 a.m. Aggravated Assault 2215 Ayers 1206210015
Police were called to Diana’s Place Bar for a fight involving three men. Upon their arrival Officers observed a 32-year-old Hispanic male laying on the ground bleeding heavily from his upper arm. The Officer retrieved his emergency equipment and was able to slow the bleeding. CCFD Emergency Personnel arrived and the victim was taken to Spohn Memorial for medical treatment.
Further investigation revealed the victim was assaulted by two men who punched and kicked him until he was knocked to the ground. The men entered their sports utility vehicle and drove over the victim as they fled. The victim was uncooperative with Officers refusing to provide them with any information.
The suspects are described as two stocky and heavily tattooed Hispanic males, 5’7” to 5’9” feet tall. One man had a shaved head, while the other had a close fade haircut. They were both last seen fleeing in a dark-colored GMC Yukon or Denali.
