Occurred on 7/1/12, 03:09 am   Accident/Driving While Intoxicated  5000 SPID WB  C1205029/1207010028 

Officers responded to single vehicle rollover on the access road where they found a white Chevrolet Suburban on its side. The driver was traveling Westbound on the access road when she tried to get on SH Hwy 358 and struck the median and flipped on its side.  The women were rescued by CCFD Medics and Firefighters from the vehicle.  Both the driver and her 34-year-old passenger were taken to Spohn Memorial to be medically evaluated.  

The driver Martha Rojas (02/23/81) appeared to be intoxicated, but was not administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests due to her being taken to the hospital.  A Blood Draw was taken and Rojas medically cleared.  She was arrested and booked at the City Detention Center.  Rojas was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
