While officers were arresting a subject for public intoxication at a local night club, motorist Marc Krause 11/09/72 drove up behind them in the parking lot. He began yelling and honking his horn at the officers to move out of the way so that he could leave. Officers instructed him to simply go around them, but Marc Krause refused. Officers approached and made contact with him and discovered that he was intoxicated. The subject failed all sobriety tests and was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
