Occurred on 7/11/12,  11:41 pm  Resisting Arrest/Wanted Subject  5114 Weber   1207110168 

Officers responded to the Whataburger for a drunk male inside the restaurant who had fallen asleep.  The man was woken up by the Officer and asked to go outside.  The Officer reports the man shook his head no and went back to sleep.  The man refused to wake up a second time, but the Officer finally convinced him to rouse from his intoxicated induced slumber. 

Rolando David Wilson (04/26/89) was being escorted out of the restaurant when he tried to punch the Officer.  Wilson tried reaching for his back pocket as he was being cuffed, but the Officer pushed his hand away.  Wilson was handcuffed and arrested. 

A steak knife was found in his pocket.  Wilson was charged with Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest and two outstanding Nueces County warrants for Probation Violation Motion to Revoke Probation on Larceny and Possession of Marijuana charges.  No Bond set on both warrants.
