“What’s In Your Pocket?” I Don’t Know….

Officer S. Baldwin and Senior Officer T. Paddock pulled over a pick-up truck driven by Roberto Carlos Cuellar (09/28/87) for not having a front license plate.  During the traffic stop, the Officers could smell the odor of burnt Marijuana coming from the car’s ashtray.

During their investigation, Officers could see a bulge in Cuellar’s pocket.  When Officers asked what it was,  Cuellar denied knowing what was in his pocket and allowed Officers to remove it.  The  bulge was a baggie of  Marijuana  which landed Cuellar in jail.  He was booked at the City Detention Center and charged with Possession of Marijuana, a Class “B” Misdemeanor punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.
