Corpus Christi Police Officers have located Randle William Morris two days after he was reported missing.  On November 8, 2012, an Officer found Morris a block away from where he had originally been reported missing.

Morris who was drinking a beer appeared to be intoxicated.  He was placed under arrest and booked at the City Detention Center.   Morris was charged with Public Intoxication and Open Container & Consumption in Certain Areas.  Both are Class “C” Misdemeanors and punishable by up to a $500 fine.
