Occurred on 2/6/13, 10:15pm  Public intoxication     900 Corn Product Road   1302060144

Officers were dispatched to a local hotel for an intoxicated prostitute causing a disturbance.  The woman was bothering customers at the hotel.

Upon their arrival, Officers contacted Charity Ann Smith (04/29/81) in the parking lot of 910 Corn Product Road.  She had previously been given a criminal trespass warning to stay off the property by Officers.

Smith was arrested and booked at the City Detention Center.  She was charged with Criminal Trespass, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, along with an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
