Police contacted a 27-year-old man who reported being assaulted by his ex-girlfriend’s 24-year-old boyfriend as he walked out of a local bar. The victim told Officers he was knocked to the ground and the suspect took his wallet from his pants pocket.

The suspect fled prior to the Officers arrival. He is described as a Hispanic man, 24 to 26 years of age, 5’10” to 6’ feet tall, and weighing 160 to 180 lbs. Event: Burglary of a Vehicle

Officers were dispatched to the residence for a burglary in progress in which the 44-year-old homeowner was chasing the two suspects. Officers arrived to find the woman involved in a disturbance with the two suspects at 13700 Hawksnest Bay. The woman told Officers her 11-eleven-old daughter informed her of the men in the backyard. She observed one of the men walking out of the backyard with the fishing rods, while the other suspect waited in the getaway vehicle.

Brandon Sanchez (08/06/91) and John Anthony Davis (01/11/89) were positively identified and arrested. Both were charged with Burglary of a Vehicle. The victim’s two fishing rods valued at $2,400 were recovered along with four other fishing rods and reels. Officers were unable to locate their owners.
