Police were called to the area for a very intoxicated man.  Officers found Brian Shawn Poggemiller (05/10/68) sitting in a Chevrolet pick-up truck.    Poggemiller was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.  He was also charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle when the truck was discovered to be stolen out of Enid, Oklahoma.  He was additionally charged with an outstanding Probation Violation for Possession of Marijuana out of Caldwell County.  Poggemiller’s dog was also detained and turned over to Animal Care Services.

Police were called to the residence for a disturbance involving two neighbors.  Officers arrived to find a 55-year-old man had been assaulted by his 46-year-old neighbor.  The two men had been involved in an ongoing confrontation for the past couple of days.  It is unknown why the men were arguing, but the quarreling escalated when Richard Riojas (07/22/67) threw a brick at his neighbor.  The brick was thrown from Riojas yard and struck the victim on the back causing it to break in half.  The victim refused medical treatment.

Riojas was arrested and booked at the City Detention Center.  He was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and an outstanding warrant.  Riojas was additionally charged with Failure to Identify as a Fugitive when he refused to identify himself.
