Officers responding to a disturbance were told Torrey Stewart (09/20/77) was threatening residents in the 2900 block of Blake Street.

Stewart was found to be wanted on an outstanding Nueces County warrant for Contempt of Court.  No Bond.  He was arrested and booked at the City Detention Center.

John Gabriel Fernandez (12/01/93) turned himself in to Police on two outstanding Nueces County warrants.

He was arrested and charged with Motion to Revoke on a Graffiti charge and Failure to Appear on a Graffiti charge.

Officers checking the area of Harmon and Morris Streets which is a known area for prostitution observed Samantha Alvarez standing near the intersection.

Alvarez was found to be wanted for Contempt of Court (No Bond) out of Nueces County and arrested.    She was found to have cocaine, heroin, and a crack pipe on her person.

Alvarez was charged with the outstanding warrant and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
