Officers were then directed to a home in the 1000 block of Brock St. were property had been discarded in a backyard. Officers found a bag containing property inside and some of the property belonged to the female victim from the mall.

As officers continued to investigate, they got information that the suspect male was running on Bradshaw St. One officer recognized the description of the suspect and knew he lived at a home in the 900 block of Bradshaw St. Officers responded there and saw a male through the window that matched the suspect description, but he would not come to the door.
