A 42 year old male victim called Corpus Christi Police after the tires and front windshield of his truck were damaged by another man that he knew.
The victim said he was giving a ride to a friend’s 20 year old girlfriend when for no reason she jumped out of his truck screaming and ran to her boyfriend’s house down the street.
The male backed up his truck and went to check on the female and he heard her calling for her boyfriend to come outside. The female’s boyfriend, Benjamin Lebleu (05/04/1990) came outside armed with a knife and threatened the male.
He slashed all four of the tires on his 1996 Ford Ranger truck and then grabbed an object and threw it at his truck shattering the windshield.
Officers located the suspect and arrested him. He was charged with aggravated assault, a second degree felony, for making threats to the victim while armed with a knife, and for criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, for the estimated $600 in damage he did to the truck.

A female Corpus Christi Police Officer had her finger bit and she was punched in the jaw while she and another officer attempted to arrest a man who was naked from the waist down.
The two officers heard a disturbance happening in front of a business located at 4801 South Alameda St. At the front doors of the store they found a 20 year old male who had no pants on, yelling, and hitting parked cars. When they went to arrest the male, he began to resist and fight with the officers.
After a brief struggle, officers were able to take the male into custody. He was taken to Bay Area Hospital by CCFD EMS to be monitored due to his drug intoxication.
The suspect is currently under police guard, and will be charged with assaulting the officer, a third degree felony, and resisting arrests, a Class A misdemeanor. He will additionally be charged with disorderly conduct for not having pants on in public, and public intoxication, both Class C misdemeanors.
The officer was treated at the scene for minor injuries to her finger and mouth.

A 27 year old male victim called Corpus Christi Police after he was stabbed in the chest by three suspects while walking in the 2400 block of S. Port Avenue.
The victim said the males came up on him from behind and began to assault him. One of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim three times on the left side of his chest.
The victim said that he did not know the suspects and he did not get a description of the males.
The victim was transported to Spohn MMC by CCFD EMS for injuries believed to be non-life threatening.
Officers are still investigating this case, and no suspects have been arrested.
