Location: 4200 Mc Ardle Road
Offense: Aggravated Assault
P.C. 22.02       (Second Degree Felony)
Case Number: 1501300006
Corpus Christi Police Officers were told by a night club manager that he had seen two males fighting in the parking lot of his business just prior to their arrival.

The club manager of Molly’s Irish Pub, located at 4201 Mc Ardle Road, said he did not know who the two men were and he did not know where they went.  He was concerned because he also had found blood in the parking lot near where the fight had occurred.

Officers reviewed video surveillance from the club cameras and they saw two Hispanic males pushing each other and then striking each other with closed fists.  One of the males then reaches into his right front pants pocket and pulls out an object and stabs the other man.

A short time later, a 41 year old man walked into Spohn Memorial Hospital with a stab wound.  The male victim refused to cooperate with the investigation and did not confirm that he was the one stabbed at the night club.

Evidence was collected from the victim by officers.  The investigation into  this crime continues and at this time, no suspects have been arrested.
