A 26 year old female called Corpus Christi Police after an ex-boyfriend broke into her home located in the 600 block of Robert Drive and threatened her and her mother.
The female called police after hearing a side window of her home being broken out. While on the phone with 911, the man made his way into the home. Also inside the home was the female’s 65 year old mother.
Officers arrived and took the male suspect into custody. He continued to make threats against both women.
The female victim told officers that the ex-boyfriend continues to harass her at home and at her place of employment.
Rudy Lozano (11/29/1987) was arrested for breaking the window, making threat and harassment. All of those charges are Class B misdemeanors. He was additionally charged with stalking, a third degree felony.

Corpus Christi Police were called to the scene of a motorcycle crash in the 6000 block of South Alameda Street.
A crash investigation revealed that the driver of the motorcycle, Ruben Martinez Jr. (10/24/1969), was traveling south on his 2012 Harley Davidson with a 39 year old female passenger. The driver lost control of the motorcycle after striking a curb dividing the roadway and both the driver and passenger were ejected.
The female suffered a severe injury to her left hand and was transported to Spohn Memorial Hospital by CCFD EMS. The driver of the motorcycle had minor injuries.
After an investigation it was determined that the driver was intoxicated. He was arrested for intoxication assault, after being treated for his injuries at Spohn Shoreline Hospital.

A man driving down Horne Road near Carlton Street honked his car horn to scare away two suspects who were beating another man in the middle of the road.
The man driving with his female passenger told officers that they observed two young males hitting and punching another man. They said that the man being assaulted collapsed to the ground but the suspects continued the assault. They said that they turned the car around and honked the car horn at the suspects and they ran away on foot towards Ayers Street.
The 35 year old male victim was transported to Spohn Memorial Hospital by CCFD EMS. He told officers that he did not know the suspects. He did say that they took his cell phone valued at $130.
The two suspects are described as Hispanic males, in their late teens to early twenties. One suspect was wearing a black shirt with red lettering on the back and the other a blue shirt. Both were wearing basketball shorts.
At this time no suspects have been arrested, and officers continue to investigate this case.

While Corpus Christi Police were investigating an assault call in the area of 500 Morgan Street they heard a car racing around the neighborhood.
After hearing it race around for nearly 30 minutes the white Toyota Camry was located by other officers driving down Fifth Street near Elizabeth Street. When it was stopped it had damage to the right front fender, the right front tire was shredded and the windshield was caved in.
After an investigation the driver, Damien Morales (05/22/1983), was determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested for driving while intoxicate and his vehicle was impounded.
At this time it is unknown what the vehicle struck.

A 27 year old female called Corpus Christi Police after her neighbor would not turn down the loud music coming from his home.
Officers arrived and observed that the neighbor had two speakers inside his back bedroom window that were pointed directly at the neighbor’s home and the music was turned up very loud.
The female said that she has an ongoing dispute with her neighbors because she recently reported to police that they threw rocks at her.
The 47 year old male homeowner was cited by officers for a violation of the city noise ordinance
