A Corpus Christi Police Officer on patrol recognized a car traveling in the 4500 block of Leopard Street that had been reported stolen the night before.
A 34 year old female victim reported to police, on April 26 about 11 PM, that she had parked the car at an apartment complex on Glen Oak Drive. While she was unloading a child, she left the keys in her front door knob of her apartment. When she returned, the keys were gone, and so was her car.
Officers stopped the stolen car at about 9:45 PM the next night and arrested Jacob Criswell (08/19/1996) for unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

A 45 year old female called Corpus Christi Police after a male threatened her with a knife at her home.
The female victim told officers that she answered a knock on the front door of her home, located in the 7500 block of Vaquero Drive, and when she opened it, a male suspect shoved his way in holding a large knife.
The suspect placed the knife up against the females chest just before the victim`s German Shepard dog came charging towards them. The suspect was scared off by the dog, and the female quickly shut the door.
The suspect was described as being in his early thirties, clean shaven, wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans. The victim also advised that the suspect never had a chance to say anything before being scared off.
The victim had red marks across her upper chest, but refused medical treatment.
No suspects have been arrested in this case.

Three Ray High School students were robbed as they stood across the street from the school.
The three males said that two suspects, one which had something under his shirt that he made look like a gun, approached them and demanded money and phones from the students.
When one of the victims refused, he was punched in the face with a closed fist. The three victims then gave the suspects their phones, and a set of headphones.
The suspect, who hit one of the victims, was described as a black male in his early twenties, 6’0” tall and 200 pounds. He was covering his face with a grey t-shirt.
The second suspect was described as a white male in his late teens, about 5’6” to 5’7” tall, weighing 150 pounds with short hair. He was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt.
Once all three gave their phones to the black male, both suspects then took off running toward the Casa Linda Apartments.
The victim that was hit in the face refused medical treatment.

Approximately thirty minutes following the robbery at 3200 South Staples Street, Corpus Christi Police Officers responded to the 5300 block of Weber Road near Panama Street for a similar robbery.
A brother and sister from Mary Carroll High School were robbed by a black male who claimed he had a weapon under a beanie cap he was holding.
The female handed over her phone to the suspect after he threatened her. Both the male and female said that the black male suspect had a white male with him that acted as a lookout.
The description of both suspects matched the descriptions given by the three victims at the earlier robbery.
At this time officers are looking into both of these cases and no suspects have been arrested.
