Occurred on 5/3/12, 08:35 am  Burglary 1446 Tompkins   1205030037/1205030045 

Officer R. Soliz was called to the residence for a burglary and during his investigation the Officer was able to put together some leads on a possible suspect who lived nearby.  The suspect(s) had removed the air conditioning unit and entered the apartment.  A flat screen television, an Xbox 360, and a couple of games were stolen.

A nearby neighbor living at 1436 Tompkins was suspected of committing the burglary and contacted. With the assistance of Officer E. Kearney and Property Crimes Detective V. Trujillo the stolen X-Box 360 and games were recovered.  

Thomas Scott (10/27/85) was found to be wanted and arrested. He was charged with the outstanding Parole Violation warrant for Robbery and booked at the City Detention Center.
