Officer E. Najar was looking for wanted subject Perla Ibarra aka Perla Cavazos(09/14/78) when he found her in her front yard.  A warrant was issued for Ibarra after she was accused of embezzling in excess of $84,000 from a previous employer. 

Financial Crimes Detective L. Mathews obtained a warrant on for Ibarra on July 16, 2012.  Ibarra was arrested and charged with the outstanding warrant for Theft by Embezzlement~Enhanced Elderly Victim.  Her bond was set at 20,000.
