Police investigating a hit and run accident at Holly and Weber involving a pedestrian crossing the street in a marked cross walk were called by the driver who wished to turn herself in.

The 23-year-old woman was charged with Failure to Remain and Report at an Accident along with Failing to Yield Right of Way to a Pedestrian in a Cross Walk.
