The Corpus Christi Police Department Auto Theft Task Force Detectives obtained a warrant for James Lewis Korges (04/11/80) for his involvement in several auto burglaries.

As Officers arrived at the residence to look for him, they observed Korges walking down the stairway.  He was arrested and found to be in possession of several Lortab and Xanax pills, drug paraphernalia along with a syringe filled with an unidentified substance.

Korges was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the outstanding warrant for Burglary of a Vehicle with Previous Two or More Convictions.  His Bond was set at $40,000 on the auto burglary warrant.
