Police Seek Man and Woman Responsible For Robbery

                Corpus Christi Police Robbery/Homicide Detectives would like help from the public to identify and locate two individuals involved in a robbery at the Stripes on South Padre Island Drive near Kostoryz last Saturday night.

A man and a woman entered the Stripes Store at 5:40am on Saturday morning and took packages of Budweiser beer valued at $40. The store employee stood in front of the door to prohibit the man and woman from leaving the store with the beer. The man displayed a knife and threatened the store employee. The man and woman then left the store with the beer.

The man is described as a slender Hispanic man with very short hair, a receding hairline, and a goatee. The man wore a plain white t-shirt, black shorts, and light shoes. The woman was described as an overweight Hispanic female with short hair who wore a blue tank top shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
