CCPD officers responded to 4100 Carlton for a call about a possible shooting. Upon arrival, officer found a 28 year old man laying in the carport with two gunshot wounds to his chest. the victim was transported to the hospital and considered in critical condition. several individuals were transported to the police station to be questioned by detectives.
