Officers were dispatched to 7202 Everhart Road for an accident involving injuries.  Upon their arrival, Officers found a black 2006 Porsche in the front yard of a complex at Everhart and Delwood.  A witness reported to Officers that the Porsche was speeding as it traveled southbound on Everhart when it lost control. 

The Porsche went airborne and crashed through a metal fence, struck a tree and a building.  Both the 41-year-old driver and 42-year-old passenger were both taken to Spohn Memorial by CCFD Emergency Personnel.  The driver sustained life threatening injuries and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit in Critical Condition.  The passenger sustained head injuries in the crash.

The accident and Intoxication Assault investigation is ongoing and will be conducted by the Traffic and Safety Division.
