The Citizens in Support of the Corpus Christi Police Department will host the State of the Corpus Christi Police Department titled “Wake Up Corpus Christi”.  The fundraising event will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, 7:30-am – 9:00 at the Solomon Ortiz Center with Police Chief Floyd Simpson as the guest speaker.

Chief Simpson’s presentation will start at approximately 8:20 a.m. and conclude at 9:00 a.m.

Jay Wise, Board President for the Citizens in Support of CCPD, organizers of this event, will be available for interviews.
