On 29 August 2014, Corpus Christi Police Detectives obtained an arrest warrant ($25,000 bond) for Steven Mulligan (05/30/1966) for Cruelty to Animals. After the warrant was issued officers responded to his home, located in the 3600 block of Topeka St., and arrested him without incident. He was transported to the City Detention Center.
