The Corpus Christi Police Explorer Post 133 would like to thank Keith Hanson and Randy Wilbanks along with everyone who continues to support the post through donations, volunteering, and services. The Explorers were able to purchase winter jackets for the entire post complete with reflective “EXPLORER” lettering on the back and shoulder patches with help from Ready Reserves owner Keith Hanson and Prints Charming owner Randy Wilbanks.

The Corpus Christi Police John Sartain Explorer Post 133 provides educational training programs for young adults ages 14-20 on the purposes, mission, and objectives of law enforcement. The program provides career orientation experiences, leadership opportunities, and community service activities. The primary goal of the program is to help young adults choose a career path within law enforcement and to challenge them to become responsible citizens of their communities and the nation.

These young adults depend on donations from the public and private businesses to help fund equipment, training, and competitions.

Anyone who would like to become a Police Explorer should visit us on Facebook, or call the Volunteer Program Coordinator, Tom Brown, at 361-886-2832.
