The Corpus Christi Police Department responded to 868 calls for service and generated 220 reports for formal criminal complaints from 7:00 a.m. December 20 to 7:00 a.m. on December 21, 2015. These are samples of the criminal complaints filed by the Corpus Christi Police for that time period.

A 22 year old female called Corpus Christi Police after she walked into her apartment and found a man standing in the living room.

The Hispanic male, dressed in a brown shirt and brown shorts, claimed to be from a delivery service, but when questioned, he took off running.

Officers arrived and found pry marks around the front door, and they suspect this is how he made entry into the apartment. . The female told Officers that it did not appear as though anything was taken.

Officers did not locate the suspect and continue to investigate this case.

Corpus Christi Police arrested a man after he showed up at a check cashing business, located at 11217 Leopard Street, and attempted to cash a forged check.

Officers arrived and were told by store employees that there was a man at the teller window trying to cash a fake check in the amount of $495 from a bank that has been closed for two years.

The suspect, Tommy Jules Crossno (09/17/1968), was arrested for fraud, a state jail felony.

Corpus Christi Police arrested a man after he broke into a church, located at 7634 Wooldridge Road.

The Pastor of the church, who lives behind the building, called police after he saw someone inside. Once Officers arrived they went in and found, Guillermo Amador (07/04/1976), inside a church office and arrested him.

Officers determined the suspect made entry into the church through a front window. Damage to the property was estimated to be nearly $1000.
