A man armed with a knife robbed a convenience store located at 3302 Baldwin Boulevard.

Officers arrived at the store, and were told by the clerk that a black male wearing a white Nike hoodie walked up to the counter and asked to purchase some cigarettes. As the clerk was getting the item, the suspect pulled out a knife and demanded cash from the register.

Once he took the money, he fled on foot out of the store.

The store clerk was not injured.

Camera surveillance images of the suspect were obtained from the stores security system.

Two adults were arrested by Corpus Christi Police after two children were found running around a Stripes Store, located at 4900 Old Brownsville Road, while they were passed out in the parking lot.

A clerk called Officers after she noticed a vehicle in the parking lot of the store had been parked there for nearly an hour. No adults had gotten out of the car, but two children ages 6 and 3 kept coming in and out of the store unattended.

The clerk called police and when Officers arrived they found the two little boys were not injured. Inside the parked car in the parking lot, they found Yvonne Howard (02/24/1987) and Rudy Hernandez (09/12/1987) asleep and unaware of what was going on. Both appeared to be intoxicated. Also in the car Officers found synthetic cannabinoid.

The male and the female were arrested for endangering a child, a felony, and additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance, a Class B misdemeanor.

Both children were taken to the home of a family member.
