The suspect of this reported Kidnapping attempt has been positively identified.

Persistence, hard work, and acute observation skills by Lt. Brian Hill paid off yesterday and he was able to find the person that was wanted for questioning in this March 30 incident.  The suspect cooperated with Lt. Hill and spoke with investigators yesterday evening.  He was released at this time pending further investigation and consultation with the District Attorneys Office.
