At approximately 2:29 pm officers responded to a call for an aggravated assault at a location located on the 13600 block of Northwest Blvd.   

As a result of the proximity to a local school, the school was placed on lockdown out of an abundance of caution.   

The suspect involved in the incident has been detained.  The victim was transported to a local hospital. 

No suspects are outstanding.

The school lockdown has been lifted.
