Update 4/9/2025 at 10:44 am: Upon further investigation into last night’s alleged abduction, it was found that the father allowed Jasmin Nemec to see the children and left them in her possession, thus both subjects violated the court order. At the time of the incident, officers followed all protocols, and the children were entered into the state’s missing person database. The missing children’s information was also posted on social media and local media outlets, which ultimately led to the children being safely returned to the father. 

Officers generated a report for Violation of Certain Court Order. At this time, it has been determined that there was not an abduction or kidnapping, and no arrests have been made. 

Update 12:45am: The children were reunited with their father and are safe.

Original Post: The Corpus Christi Police Department needs your help to locate the whereabouts of two missing children. Two-year-old Namaari Moore and one-year-old Randy Moore Jr were reporting missing at around 9:45pm tonight and are believed to be with their non-custodial mother, 21-year-old Jasmin Nemec. They were all last seen in the area of 2000 Gardenia Court and left in an unknown vehicle. There is an active court order that states Jasmin is not to have contact with the children.

Jasmin is described as a Hispanic female, 5’00” tall, weighing approximately 165lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing black shorts and a black shirt. She has a roses tattoo on her right arm and another unknown tattoo on her right thigh.

Namaari is described as a Black female, weighs approximately 30lbs and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt with pink, yellow and green lettering, and gray shorts.  

Randy Jr is described as a Black male, weighs approximately 25lbs and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants.
