A 28-year-old restaurant employee reported to the Corpus Christi Police at 2:00pm Monday afternoon that a 19-year-old man sat in the restaurant at 6:15am, ate a meal, had no money and refused to leave. The 28-year-old woman told the 19-year-old man to leave in the presence of the Officer, but the 19-year-old man ignored the demand to leave. The Officer then arrested 19-year-old James Johnson (12/19/1990) for Criminal Trespass and then delivered him to the city detention center.
A 22-year-old man reported to Corpus Christi Police that he made a driving error on Airline Road and a man in a black Chevy Pickup Truck pointed a handgun at the 22-year-old man. No injuries or damage was reported. The 22-year-old man provided a description of the man and the vehicle to Police. Corpus Christi Police located a black truck with a man who matched the description provided, but did not find enough evidence to effect an arrest, so the suspect was released. Police continue to investigate.

The Officer found a bag of what the Officer believed to be synthetic marijuana with the girl. The girl was delivered several miles away to her home and released to her 32-year-old mother.
Corpus Christi Police went to the 4100 block of Herndon Street Monday evening to investigate a threat complaint. The Officers interviewed 22-year-old Kyle Sullivan McCort (4/9/1991) and discovered he had a warrant for his arrest for an assault in Travis County. Sullivan McCort was then arrested for the warrant and then delivered to the city detention center.

The man was transported to the hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. The suspect remains at large.
A Corpus Christi Police Officer responded to a complaint of several men attempting to break into vehicles at the 2700 block of Sunray Circle at 2:12am. The Officer saw three men who immediately ran from the Officer. The Officer caught 19-year-old Timothy Thompson (1/26/1994) and 18-year-old Xavian Stewart (2/15/1995) and arrested them both for evading arrest. Thompson was also arrested for two warrants for his arrest, one for burglary of a building and the other for burglary of a vehicle. Thompson and Stewart were delivered to the city detention center and impounded a red 1990 Chevy 1500 pickup. Police continue to search for the third suspect in this case.

A 56-year-old man found the three teens inside a vacant house and the 56-year-old man called police. The 56-year-old man said the teens caused an estimated $10,000 dollars worth of damage to the house. The teens ran from the 56-year-old man but were apprehended by Corpus Christi Police and delivered to the Nueces County Juvenile Detention Center.

A black 2007 Dodge Charger driven by a 25-year-old man travelled on South Padre Island Drive and conducted a turn to travel south on Nile. The Charger struck a utility pole and rolled. The 25-year-old driver and two women passengers received non life-threatening injuries. Police arrested the 25-year-old driver, Scott Knesek (1/20/1988) for driving while intoxicated with 2 or more previous convictions. Knesek was taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation and to collect a specimen of his blood. Knesek was then delivered to the city detention center.
A Corpus Christi Police Officer conducted a traffic stop at the 3000 block of Jamaica Drive at 1:58am Friday morning. The Officer discovered the passenger of the maroon 1993 Cadillac Deville was 27-year-old Michael Alvarado (3/30/1986), a fugitive on the Nueces County’s Top Ten Most Wanted list for September 2013.
The Officer then investigated the driver, 26-year-old Tara Speer (1/29/1987) and discovered contraband. The Officer arrested Speer for Possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Officer arrested Alvarado for possession of a controlled substance, fail to identify as a fugitive from justice, and for the warrant of arrest for Burglary of a Habitation. Speer and Alvarado were then delivered to the city detention center.

The 27-year-old woman told the responding Officers that while she got out of the shower she heard a person talk to her dog. The 27-year-old woman told Officers after she heard the voice, she opened the door she saw what she thought was a person walk towards her kitchen. The 27-year-old woman and a neighbor both armed themselves with handguns and then they checked the house before Police arrived. There was no evidence of forced entry and there was nothing missing from the home.

A 29-year-old woman reported to the Corpus Christi Police that she returned from a fishing trip with a 37-year-old man and the two began to argue. The 29-year-old woman told Officers she then refused to provide the 37-year-old man a ride and he punched her. The 37-year-old man then took the truck which belongs to the 29-year-old woman and drove through a security gate causing an estimated $3,000 dollars in damage. The 37-year-old man has not yet been apprehended.
Police are searching for a black 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck valued at about $2,500 dollars and the 37-year-old man described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Corpus Christi Police responded to a disturbance complaint in a parking lot Thursday morning. The Officers found a 24-year-old man displayed a knife and chased a 26-year-old man for urinating on the 24-year-old man’s car. No injuries were reported. Police arrested 24-year-old Ryan Woods (5/2/1989) for Aggravated Assault and for Public Intoxication. The 26-year-old man was not intoxicated and was released.
Corpus Christi Police Officers investigated a tip that identified the location of a fugitive at 4322 Kostoryz Road. Officers found 30-year-old Rickey Reyes (11/06/1982) and arrested him for a warrant out of Jim Hogg County for Aggravated Assault.

The 32-year-old woman said she walked on the sidewalk and passed a group of six people with whom she is familiar. The 32-year-old woman said the two men attacked her and took her money. The 32-year-old woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Police are searching for the group of six who fled in a white Chevrolet Impala.

The 66-year-old man is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. The 66-year-old man was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue pants.

The Emergency Management Officials in the Corpus Christi area have a notification system called Reverse Alert to warn the public of any emergency. Reverse Alert is a mass notification system in which anyone may sign up to receive critical information and updates to the emergent situation. Reverse Alert was recently used when a vehicle crash closed the Crosstown Expressway. The public was notified that the lanes were closed, and then the announcement was sent once the road was back open to normal use.

Corpus Christi Police arrested two people Tuesday afternoon for burglary of a habitation on the 1400 block of Yorktown Boulevard after Police caught them in the act of unlawful entry into the home.
Corpus Christi Police responded to a residential alarm at 3:42pm Tuesday. The responding officer found a beige 2005 Lincoln Continental backed up to the fence with a 22-year-old woman inside the vehicle. The Officer placed the woman in the back of his patrol car while other officers arrived to investigate the alarm. The Officer then checked the back of the house and saw 36-year-old Jeremy Turner (10/12/1976) kick the back door to gain entry. The Officer went inside the home and arrested Turner for Burglary of a Habitation.
Police also arrested 22-year-old Brittany McClintock (10/21/1990) for Burglary of a Habitation for her participation with Turner. The 2005 Lincoln was impounded and during an inventory, evidence of other burglaries was discovered. Turner and McCLintock were then delivered to the city detention center on the charge of Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. Corpus Christi Police responded to a vehicle crash at the 6400 block of Weber Road at 6:30pm Monday night. Officers discovered a maroon 2005 Ford Escape caused the crash and the driver, 26-year-old Chelsea Garcia (4/6/1987) was intoxicated. Officers also discovered there was a 2-year-old boy passenger in the vehicle with Garcia at the time of the crash. Garcia was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger, a state jail felony punishable by up to 2 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. Garcia was delivered to the city detention center and the vehicle was impounded.

Corpus Christi Police responded to a call of a suspicious person on the 4600 block of Corona Drive at 9:25pm Monday night. Officers found 47-year-old John Michael Penn (12/10/1965) in a white 2013 Nissan Altima. Officers discovered Penn was intoxicated and had damage to his car which was caused at the intersection of Holly Road and Roddfield Road. Officers discovered Penn ran his vehicle into the back of a blue 1989 Chevy 1500 pickup which was stopped at the red light and Penn fled the crash scene. Penn was arrested and delivered to the city detention center.

A Corpus Christi Police Officer investigated a suspicious person at a bus stop on the 11600 block of Leopard and arrested 25-year-old Logan Bishop (4/24/1988) for possession of a controlled substance (the officer believed to be heroin), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bishop was then delivered to the city detention center.
Corpus Christi Police responded to an injured person at North Chaparral at Starr Street at 10:26pm Monday night. A 54-year-old man reported to the Officers that he was assaulted after he refused to give another man money. A 37-year-old witness told the Officers the man had fallen and there was no assault.
A 23-year-old woman reported to the Corpus Christi Police that some unknown person broke the back passenger window of her green 1997 Nissan Altima while she and her 57-year-old mother sat inside the vehicle in a parking lot of a restaurant. The 23-year-old woman believes the damage was caused by a person striking her window with a shot from a BB gun and estimated the value of the window at $200.

A Corpus Christi Police Officer conducted a traffic stop at 16th Street and Morgan after a white 1995 Cadillac Deville made an improper turn. The Officer discovered a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle. The officer investigated and discovered narcotics in the vehicle. The Officer arrested 27-year-old Alexander Medrano (8/21/1986) for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Medrano was then delivered to the city detention center.

Two women were stopped by store employees Wednesday for attempting to steal about $20 dollars worth of makeup. The Corpus Christi Police responded and arrested 24-year-old Cassandra Gutierrez (10/30/1988) for theft (with 2 or more prior convictions of theft). The 23-year-old woman had no previous convictions for theft and was issued a citation for the theft and released at the scene. Gutierrez was then delivered to the city detention center.

A Corpus Christi Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on the 6000 block of Saratoga Boulevard Thursday morning for a black 2013 Kia Soul that was speeding. The Officer saw the driver throw a bag out the passenger window before the officer met the driver. The driver, 28-year-old Adam Alzafari (6/15/1985) was arrested for driving while intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana, and for littering. Alzafari’s vehicle was impounded and he was delivered to the city detention center.

Corpus Christi Police responded to a single vehicle crash at the 6500 block of Player Street at 2:37am Thursday morning. Officers discovered a blue 2007 Nissan Versa had left the road and struck a fire hydrant. A 26-year-old passenger of the Versa had minor injuries and was released to the care of a 42-year-old woman. Police arrested 23-year-old Kristen Madrid (6/20/1990) for Driving While Intoxicated and the Versa was taken to the city impound.

A Corpus Christi Police Officer conducted a traffic stop at the 7600 block of Staples Street Thursday morning when a gray 2008 Scion TC travelled the wrong way into oncoming traffic. The Officer arrested 22-year-old Jacob Sendejar (12/6/1990) for Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 4, and for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
