Case Number: 1409040151
Corpus Christi Police Officers responded to the 1400 block of N. Shoreline Blvd. for a report of a man exposing himself.   Officers contacted a 22 year old man who told them that he and his family, including his two year old son, were sitting on a bench along the seawall when they observed a male sitting about 20 feet away from them masturbating as people were walking in the area.  Officers contacted the suspect, Alberto Castillo III (07/21/1985), as he was walking away from the area and after an investigation he was arrested.  Since the suspect was engaged in sexual contact knowing a child was present, he was charged with indecency with a child, a third degree felony and was transported to the city detention center.
