A 51-year-old man reported damage to a business to Corpus Christi Police in what the 51-year-old man said he believes was a failed burglary attempt that caused more damage to the burglars vehicle than what was taken from the business Wednesday morning.
The 51-year-old man told Corpus Christi Police Officers he discovered damage to his building after the 51-year-old man received a call from his alarm company and went to investigate. The video shows the man get out of the truck and try to gather some items from inside the business, but those items were fastened with a cable lock system, so the man got into the truck and left without having any loot.
The man in the video is described as a male, wearing blue jeans, red button up shirt, and a red baseball cap. The truck in the video is described as a white Ford F-250 which now has damage to the rear of the truck. The man has not yet been apprehended by Police.
