Rally Participation

In recent weeks citizens have held rallies in our community for varying causes. We want to encourage those that wish to attend one of these rallies, to please re-consider.  Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in Nueces County, our greatest concern right now is for the health and safety of our community members as well as our officers.

We understand that peaceful protests and rallies are held with the intention of improving our community and our connection to each other. We suggest that this can be accomplished from the safety of your home, rather than potentially causing harm, illness or greater loss within our community.

As always, we thank you for your continued support.
