This murder warrant relates to an incident which occurred on Thursday, February 13, 2020. Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Carolyn Drive reference a shooting with injuries. When officers arrived, they found a 17-year-old male victim who had sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital by medics where he eventually succumbed to his injury.

While in the commission of the Robbery, one of the males displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk, while two other accomplices stood as lookouts and held the door open. The clerk complied with the demands and the suspect was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money. The primary suspect is described as a young, Hispanic male, medium height and weight and had curly hair.

Eli was last seen at approximately 1:55 pm in the area of Hustlin Hornet and Ivy. Anyone that has seen Eli or knows his whereabouts, please contact 911 immediately. Neighbors in the area are asked to please check their doorbell or surveillance cameras for any sightings of Eli.

Eli is described as a 11-year-old male, who stands 5 feet, weighs approximately 70 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Eli was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a black jacket.

Corpus Christi Police Officers need your help locating a missing elderly male. 67 year old Antonio Acosta was last seen February 4, 2020 at approximately 11pm. When family woke Mr. Acosta was gone. The family looked for Mr. Acosta and called the police after several hours of searching. Mr. Acosta has medical issues that require medication and he was also scheduled for a doctor visit today. Mr. Acosta is 5 feet 5 inches tall weighing 160 pounds. He recently dyed his hair and mustache black. He was last seen wearing a yellow and brown checkered shirt, a navy blue puffy jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Mr. Acosta does not have a car and is believed to have walked away from the residence. If you see, locate or have any information on Antonio Acosta’s whereabouts you are asked to call 911.
