Officers were dispatched to The House of Rock where a male, Troy A. Hooey (9/20/1963), had entered into the bar with a bottle of liquor. When Hooey was asked to leave the premises by the owner, Hooey displayed a knife and threatened him. Hooey then left the bar. The manager was able to watch him walk away until Officers arrived and made contact with Hooey. Hooey was arrested for Aggravated Assault. He was booked into the C.D.C.
