Detectives with the Property Crimes Unit are asking for your help in identifying the individual responsible for the theft of a purse of a Salvation Army Bell Ringer at 6101 Saratoga.

On Friday Nov. 25 shortly before 6 p.m. the victim, a Salvation Army Bell Ringer, placed her purse on a game machine just inside the front door of the business she was volunteering at. When she returned back to area she noticed that her purse was missing. She then contacted the store manager who was able to provide the police with a great camera shot of the incident.

The suspect is described as a white female possibly in her 50’s, 5’4″ to 5’6″ in height 180 to 220 lbs. grey or white hair and glasses. At he time of the theft she was wearing a green shirt which had printed on it “Ski naked it adds color to your cheeks” and blue jeans. She was last seen getting into a Grey or Beige Chevy Suburban.
