Officers contacted a 13-year-old male who reported he was robbed by another Hispanic male as they were riding the RTA bus to school.

The victim told Officers the juvenile threatened to hurt him as he stole his iPod. The student was frightened, but uninjured during the Robbery. 

Officers were able identify the suspect who attends the same school as the victim.

The 15-year-old showed up at school with the stolen iPod and detained.  He was booked at the Nueces County Juvenile Justice Center and charged with Robbery.

The iPod valued at $150. was returned to the victim.
