Officer A. Leal pulled over Antonio Hernandez Jr. (05/23/49) for an expired inspection sticker.

Hernandez was found to have an outstanding warrant out of the Riverside County for a sex offense.  He was arrested and charged with the outstanding warrant which had a 1,000,000 Bond.
