  This week Detectives need your help to identify and locate the individual responsible for a Theft at the Beach Breeze Townhomes located on Windward Drive on Padre Island.

The night of Wednesday, May 16, 2012, a man woke to his dogs barks. The man investigated and discovered the external unit to his central air conditioner unit was damaged. The man also saw that his neighbor’s external air conditioner unit was missing.

The value of the damage and the cost of a new external air conditioner unit is estimated at about $5,000.
